BOMGAR Page

There are two methods by which one can use BOMGAR to allow remote support from ARCC:

1.  ARCC will send an invitation via email.  Within the body of the message you will find a special URL similar to:

BOMGAR enables a support representative to view your screen in order to assist you.  Session traffic is fully encrypted to protect your system's data.  Once a session has begun, you will be able to end it at any time.

2.  You may also go to our website at https://support.arcc.org and if there is a customer service representative available, you can just click on that person's name.
