Households Military List 10/11/2007

Extracts data needed to supply requests from the military to contact juniors and/or seniors for recruitment purposes.  The listing contains: Grade, Student Name, First address line, Second address line, Home Phone and Gender.  Can be sent to screen, paper or an Excel file.

Households Student Directory Reports 6/5/2006 Student Household information.  This report comes in 5 varieties. Two sorted by student name, the other two by grade and then name, and another with just students and their siblings.
Instruction Items Hidden From Portal 12/20/2007

Used by teachers to quickly reference grade book items that they’ve hidden from the Parent Portal.  Lists teacher’s info (name), grade book item, section ID, due date and portal setting (true for hidden)

Lockers Locker Assignments 1/8/2008 This report lists all locker assignments.  It’s ordered by locker location, then alphabetically by grade level.  It also has the ability to ‘troubleshoot’ assignments.  For instance, you can use this report to look at older school calendars and show assignments that haven’t been removed.
Lockers Locker Assignment Cleanup 12/19/2007 District-wide report that lists lockers with multiple assignments.  Identifying/clearing multiple assignments is sometimes necessary in order to make locker resources available for re-assignment at a later date
Lockers Locker Combo Master 8/28/2006 Locker combinations (by building), organized by location within each building.
Lockers Locker End Dates 1/23/2008

This is a useful report!  It can list lockers that have end dates.  Big deal, huh.  Well see, lockers that have end dates are records for resources that can’t be assigned!  The only way a locker can be reassigned is by removing the entire assignment record.  Hopefully by now, everyone is putting end dates in their locker assignments and using the Locker Schedule Wizard when removing assigned lockers.  But sometimes a few manage to slip through the cracks and this report will help you find them!

Lockers Lockers Students Unassigned 1/23/2008

For the building selected, this report creates a list, ordered by grade level, of students whom have not been assigned to a locker.

Lockers Locker Vacancies 1/23/2008

For the building and location selected, this report creates a list of vacant lockers.  The list will attempt to order by grade level (if defined) then by locker ‘number’, within each building location.  Other detail in the report is the current locker combo, the current sequence number, the type of locker, whether it’s reserved and/or shared.

MN Reporting NonResident Summary 1/22/2007 Produces a summary list of nonresident students being served by your district.  Selection criteria is based on SAC codes for currently enrolled students.

Used to tally records by Resident District for SAC Codes selected.  The report is grouped by local school buildings.  Student names are sorted and SAC Counts are sorted for each grade level and within each school building.

Perkins Report

A report of the Perkins extract data plus the students name and grade. This is a tool to assist in verifying the Perkins extract.

MN Reporting SAC Counts By Grade Level 12/17/2007 Used to tally records by Grade Level for SAC Codes selected.  The report is grouped by local school buildings.  SAC Counts are sorted for each grade level and within each school building.  Select desired State Aid Codes (SAC) from a selection list prior to running this report.
MN Reporting Split Enrollments 5/31/06 Shows students who have multiple MARSS records due to split enrollments.
MN Reporting Students With Unassigned SAC Codes 1/4/2008

This report lists those students who have not been assigned a MARSS SAC code.  The report is organized by building, by grade level, by student name.  There is a tally for each grade level and and a grand total at the end of the report.

Point of Sale POS Account Balances 9/18/2007 Lists account balances for Point of Sale systems.  Organized by school year, school calendar, grade level, student.
Point of Sale POS Daily items servered 9/18/2007 Lists items served by category for a specified POS terminal and date.
Point of Sale POS meals served date/grade/meal selection 9/18/2007 Lists items served or a summary count by category for a specified POS terminal, date range, grade, and meal type.

Scheduling Alternate Course Requests 5/17/06

A quick way to get a list of student’s alternate course requests. This report isn’t particularly ‘paper-friendly’ (LOTS of white space!)
