Directions to the ARCC Offices and Parking Ramp

• Entering Duluth heading north on the freeway, you will take the Mesaba Ave exit to 2nd Street ; continue on 2nd Street until 1st Ave E , take a right, go one block to 1st Street – take a right onto 1st street – the ramp will be on your left.  The ARCC offices are located kiddy corner from the ramp in the USAN Building .

• Entering Duluth heading south on the freeway – take the Lake Ave exit to Superior Street ; take a right onto Superior St – go one block, take a left onto 1st Ave E.   Go one block, take a left onto 1st Street – the ramp will be on your left.  The ARCC offices are located kiddy corner from the ramp in the USAN Building .

• Entering Duluth from Hwy 53 – take Mesaba Ave (a right), get into the left lane; take a left at the stop lights ( 7th Street ), go 2 blocks to 1st Ave E and take a right.  Continue down 1st Ave E until 1st Street and take a right.  The parking ramp will be on your left.  The ARCC offices are located kiddy corner from the ramp in the USAN Building .

• Tech Center Parking Ramp Payment Instructions ~ There is no attendant at the ramp’s exit.  If you do not pay at the "Check Out" machine, you will need a Visa or MasterCard credit card to pay at the exit point.

  The "Check Out" machine is located through the double glass doors on the First Street level.  This is kiddy corner across the intersection from our USAN building’s entrance.  The ticket given upon entry into the ramp is needed to pay at the machine.  It accepts payment by cash ($1, $5, $10 or $20 bills), quarter coins or credit cards from Visa or MasterCard.  The machine does make change and issues a paper receipt.  It then endorses and returns the ticket, which you will then scan at the ramp exit.  There is a ‘call for help’ button on the machine.
