Student Application Specialist/Trainer
Provide setup, training, implementation, maintenance, technical support (troubleshooting & help desk) for student information systems to ARCC member districts. Position is also responsible for coordination of, and when necessary, assistance to districts for MARSS reporting. Will work with other internal staff, district staff, vendors and the Minnesota Department of Education (MDE) to keep software compliant with Minnesota reporting requirements. Provide custom-designed district reports and documentation.
